5 WAYS TO HAVING A LOVELY DAY
Have a clear head
A clear head begins with a good sleep. Do not spend the previous night staying late watching the TV. If you sleep at 2am and you are to wake up normal at 6am, you would notice you are having problem standing on your feet. Make sure you grab a good SLEEP.
Maintain a positive outlook
You are not the only one in the entire world with problems. Everyone has one or two. I have mine, and you have yours and of course, your neighbour next door sure does have hers or his. Step out of your home with that outlook that flourishes deep down from your heart. Tell yourself you are bigger than your problems. If you can, push aside your worries so that none will hinder your day.
Smile like never before
It is not enough to have white teeth. It is more appreciable if you brighten someone else’s life during the day by smiling. You don’t do this for others alone but equally for YOU. Smile out of genuineness. Through this, you buy yourself more LONG LIFE and PEACE OF MIND.
Let loose
Either in the cold or hot season, DO NOT get into the habit of wearing TIGHT clothes. They imprison you faster than you ever imagine. Be free to wear good clothes and make sure they are not so, so, so, so tight on you. Allow your body to breathe in the air without many struggles. Put on nice clothes and shoes. Avoid cramping your lovely feet inside those shoes that are capable of transforming your bright days into hell. Put on colours! And make sure they are bright colours that suit your personality. Avoid shadow colours such as dark, grey or brown in the sunshine. Go for white, blue, pink and let Venus carries you into the sphere of glamour!
Making a balance
Good food gives birth to good body. Say GOODBYE to buckets of ice cream and say WELCOME to basket of rich fruits. Sugar — no matter how sweet it is, will not get you that quality life you desire. Minimise your intake of sugar as well as salt. Eat well. I repeat, EAT VERY WELL. Flee from burger or Panini at lunch. Instead, go for green salads. When you see loads of fat food rushing to you from the right side, please run through the left side to embrace in balance diet.
Cheers!

AT THE WHIFF OF THE LIVING WATER
You can cut the tree in its prime, leaving the stump to dry away.
You can strip it of all its leaves, its cover when the winds roar.
Hack away the branches still remain and cart away for the bonfire.
Lay its fruits to waste, rotting away in putrid silence.
The tree is laid bare, All can lay testament to its final desolation.
A mere stump.
Gnarled, cracked, broken and twisted.
Humps for branches, fit for a weeds support.
Just below the surface, only one anchor, invisible, unnoticed to the casual observer.
The roots have been left intact.
At the whiff of water,
At touch of THE WATER,
Life springs back into the tree.
Sprouting from the humps that were left for branches.
Healing the brokenness from inside out.
The gnarled barks, supple with the living water.
The missing branches growing all the way back, stronger and younger.
In its due season, it flowers, thick and full.
Flourishes day and night.
At the master’s feet, at the right time, it yields its fruits.
Just at the whiff of the Living water.
